nvm, i got it working, its soo fucking fun. i prank called everyone in my neighbour hood. and yes it can recieve calls too, you just have to register for a free phone number.

yes, you can, but you have to find a SIP provider that provides you with a callable phone number (I am yet to learn of one that does this in the united states)
