Basically it is ads based free calling service, once you sign-up and try to make call, you will see ads for a while before connecting to your destination. Whatever, they are providing 10 free minutes on daily basis.  We tried free call to India using following method.

Below are the steps to Make free calls to India:

  1.  First of of sign-up to tuitalk 
  2.  Once your fill out the form you will receive an email. From the given link activate your account and download softphone from the tuitalk site.
  3.  To make free call login to your account on their site
  4.  To call India enter your desite number i.e. 0091+your desire number here. 
  5.  Here now you will see an ads for a few seconds and then system will connect to your desired party
